Black Rose Collection® , has indeed been a long arduous journey - thank goodness I am an ardent 3 D's person (Devotion, Dedication and Determination).

Being a firm believer in quality, distinction, excellence, zest and finesse, I hope to bring a 'breath of fresh air' and excitement into the leather handcrafted market. BRC®'s ethos is "we are selling art and heirlooms" for the future.

The artistry of leather craftsmanship has been aspired to globally for decades; in fact it is one of the oldest crafts known to mankind. Like art, leather has untold beauty, elegance, sophistication and finesse if utilised with skill and knowledge. BRC® is extremely fortunate to have found individual craftsmen' with all these attributes and many more from around the world.

Fantastic Ass et® is the brand name, a design personally created by me after statements from various persons: "Rosemarrie, you have a fantastic ass" - I felt compelled to design a Brand Name around this theme..

A 'Political Bag' being born

Our handbag accessories, are an important feature, the metal zip pullers, are crafted and buff antiqued into the beautiful shape of 'Pashun®' (name of the lady with bowler hat), being our distinctive savoir-vive.

All our leather is meticulously sourced, drum dyed Elgeta vegetable tanned in a range of hand-painted or embossed processes.  A process which has painstakingly  taken years to perfect by a very tenacious talented man, that I am proud to have on our team (V.C.).

Black Rose Collection® silk scarves, (which matches our Vivaldi collection handbags), are handwoven, in a truly unique method with each scarf taking approximately 5-6 days to produce. Each and every scarf is unique, no Vivaldi scarf is alike ... even the company name "Black Rose Collection®" is hand stitched.

I am blissfully ecstatic about the sheer opulence and extravagance of the pure silk lining WOW! 

A passionate opera lover for many years (although still a novice), which explains the names of our wonderful collection. We have combined style and durability with a touch of elegance and jollification. I truly hope the enjoyment and delight experienced throughout Black Rose Collection®'s odyssey brings you endless pleasure.

Finally, a huge thank you to my wonderful family for their valued support. Thank you JMCD-S (you are priceless and irreplaceable), and a mammoth thank you and appreciation to RT. In memory of my Precious Mother, thank you for the inspiration, the tenacity, perseverance, integrity and dignity you spoon fed me with , has indeed kept me in good stead!
