Returns & Delivery Information

Delivery Times and Costs

All orders shall be dispatched within 5 working days of your payment being accepted. We will email you as soon your order is dispatch to confirm that it’s on its way. All UK deliveries are currently free of charge, please contact us for a price and timescale to deliver overseas. We can deliver to your place of employment but we do not deliver to PO Box addresses for security purposes. Please allow an extra working day for deliveries over UK Bank Holidays.

Returns and exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item(s) to us in its original condition within 14 days of receipt. We will issue a refund on receipt, or exchange the item for a different size / colour if preferred. However delivery charges are only refundable if you have cancelled your entire order within the 7 day Cooling-Off Period or where the goods are faulty and a refund is made.

  • You need to inform us immediately of your intent to return an item via our email hello@blackrosecollection.co.uk
  • The item will remain your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
  • You will receive a pre-printed returns label included in your package. Please ensure that you use this to post any item back to us.
  • The parcel can take up to 7 working days to reach Black Rose Collection, unless sent via special delivery.

Please note that as we do not accept any liability for items that are mislaid whilst in transit.

If a refund is required then it shall be made back to the card used when placing the original order and will be for the full amount of the goods purchased. Subject to manufacturing fault, goods that have been altered (whether by Black Rose Collection or otherwise) to suit a particular customer cannot be accepted for return or credit. Refunds will be given against goods with an apparent manufacturing fault, and will be subject to proof of purchase; any such refunds will be by the same means of payment as used for the original purchase. No refunds will be made without proof of purchase.

Order Cancellations

Under the United Kingdom’s Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased from Black Rose Collection, for a full refund. Order cancellations must be made via email to hello@blackrosecollection.co.uk, quoting your order number, within 3 working days of you receiving the goods.

Overseas Delivery

Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches the destination country.These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We do not have control over these charges, and cannot advise you what the cost will be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. We recommend you contact your local customs office for current charges before you place your order.

Product Information

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the website. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery.

Faulty Goods

All our products are produced to an extremely high standard and have undertaken rigorous steps throughout the manufacturing process to ensure quality control checks are thoroughly expedited. Because leather is a natural product, markings on the hide are to be expected. However, in the rare occurrence that our product does not match our high standards we offer the following guarantees that cover faults caused by manufacturing or the material used. We do not offer cover misuse or normal wear and tear:

Handbags: 1 year from date of purchase*
Briefcases: 2 Years from date of purchase*
Luggage Items: 2 years from date of purchase* Any products offered as a complimentary item will not be replaced, as these products are purely a ‘goodwill gesture’. Black Rose Collection accepts no responsibility for replace/reimbursement.
